21st AJ and I
Last week i celebrated my 22nd birthday at Van Gogh bar in the city. It was a star studded event and I think everyone had a great time. By the end of the night everyone was toasted and i think everyone was also able to meet someone new and find out a little more about me.

This is great

I'm really liking this blogging system. Last time i went overseas am.com was not exactly how i wanted it. It looked good but was not really how i wanted it in terms of usability etc. This one is way easier to blog to and add things. I hope everyone else can use it and enjoy it.

My first stop

My first stop is going to be Bangkok and I have 3 days there. I'm in the process of working things out and what i'm going to do while i'm there. It will be really hot and I think i only have time to do the normal touristy things like visit the palace and do some shopping.

Here again

OK, here we go, i'm trying some new things and as a result i need something to write. I've got less than a week before I leave and I have mixed feeling as to the event. The overwhelming feeling is excitement, but there is a underlying feeling of nervousness and a tiny drop of fear. But thats all part of the fun.

The real thing

I'm slowly getting this site together so that its ready before I go overseas. However, its taking a bit more time and effort than i expected. The preparation for my trip is going reasonably well with everything coming together. My only fear is that I've forgotten some major thing for my trip, but all the basics have been taken care of. Insurance is done, ticket is paid for, accomodation is sorted out. More posts to come...
